TRAINING: December 5, 2009 in Springfield

PTBA provides free training for volunteers who commit to take on one pro bono matter through our office.

Our next training will be December 5, 2009 from noon to 4 p.m. at PTBA's office in Springfield.

CLE Credits: 4 credits applied for (3.5 general, 0.5 ethics).

The subject matter will include a review of hot topics in our current high-demand area, with an emphasis on practical solutions to common problems. A more detailed agenda will be provided as the date draws near; however you are urged to save the day and spread the word among your colleagues!

Preregistration is urged, to ensure we have adequate seating. Please send your name, bar number and contact information to volunteers@probonobar.org

NEEDED: Desk, chair, office supplies

PTBA is looking for donations of basic office supplies to help us support an additional volunteer in our Pro Bono Programs. If you are able to provide any of these  items, perhaps as surplus from your office, we can use the savings to invest in more client services.
